Fulfillment of Orders
We make every effort to keep all offered products in stock and ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends (after 12 noon Friday). If, for some reason, we cannot fulfill your entire order within these time frames, we will contact you. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will, according to your preference:

-substitute another product for your order
-ship your order at a later date (you will not be charged until the items ship)
-contact you when the requested item is back in stock

Discounts for Online World Members
Current Members of the Online World receive a 10% discount on all merchandise. The first time you place an order via the online store, you will see the regular prices, but once you choose "current member" in the checkout process, the prices will adjust to the Membership prices. On subsequent visits to the store, if you log in first you will see the Member prices for all merchandise.

Shipping Options
When you are completing your online order, you will be provided the option of shipping to a different location than the billing address if you choose. At this same time in the checkout process, the store will show you shipping costs for your items at various rates depending on how fast you need the merchandise. Please choose the delivery turn-around time and rate that best meets your needs (ground, 2- or 3-day).

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept all major credit cards.

Returns
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be absolutely happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.


Tracking and Insuring, etc.
We recommend using DHL or FedEx when returning an item. If using the Australian Post, we highly recommend you buy the insurance.

Crediting Your Returns
All returns will be credited to the original charge card within 10 to 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Returning A Gift
All gifts will gladly be exchanged for another item. Please indicate this on the form. We will credit the purchaser's account if not given specific instructions otherwise.
